Well so much for consistency

Just last month I declared my return to blogging about my adventures in fitness, but lo and behold...crickets.  I definitely need some accountability for my blogging habits.

But alas, I will attempt a return again.  Hopefully, I can share some reviews of my latest purchases, which include Focus T25 and some of the recent DVD releases from former Bodyrock host, Zuzanna.

A revisionist review of JNL Fusion

If you are curious, I am in the middle of week 3 and still going strong with the JNL Fusion rotation.  While I still love this program, I do think the rose-colored goggles are coming off and I am seeing this program in a more objective light.
