My favorite individual workouts

Perusing through my blog history, I noticed that I tend to talk more about systems and programs than I do individual workouts.  Well, it's time for me to share the love for exercise DVDs that don't come with tape measures and eating guides.

I'm back!

Per usual, an absence on my end of things usually indicates that I have fallen off the wagon--not so fast!  I'm happy to report that I have been consistent this past month and I am starting to see results.

I like Body Revolution...but I love 30 Day Shred more!

So I just finished the first two weeks of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and while I do have to commend it for being a solid program, it is making me long for her individual workouts, like 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30.
