Workout schedule for week of 9/17/2012

This is a first for me: I am about to embark on week 3 of an exercise program...and still madly in love with the program!

As you might have guessed, I am still digging JNL Fusion and can't wait to start week 3.

Here is the rotation:

Monday: Shoulder Shredder

Tuesday: Fusion Lower Body

Wednesday: Crazy Circuit Cardio

Thursday: Bicep Builder

Friday: Ballistic Back

Saturday: TKO Fat Blast

Sunday: Rest
