Okay, I take back what I said...

So on Monday, I lamented that Phase 1 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution wasn't very challenging.  I even had the audacity to call it boring!


Well, I was partially wrong.  Only the first two weeks, or first two workouts, are a bit boring for an intermediate exerciser+.  I have started workouts 3&4 this week and find them sufficiently challenging.  Tons of plank workout, including the plank pushup, which I despise with acidic vitriol.  I f-cking hate them!  And workout 3 in particular fries your triceps with no mercy. 

So I am admitting there is a foot currently in my month and will kindly remove it.  That is all.
