I've got nothing interesting to write about

In the spirit of keeping up with my tri-weekly posts, I am here to report that I have nothing interesting to talk about today, nor do I have a concrete workout schedule for the week (notice how I didn't post on Sunday?).  Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Bought myself a running belt....does that mean I will take up running?

One of my favorite new sites for shopping is OpenSky, which I love perusing mainly for fitness gear and other healthy living products that pique my attention and take a hit to my wallet.  I recently came across a running belt for a reasonable price....but does that mean I now have to take up running?

In the battle of healthy eating, I admit it can be as brutal as Custer's Last Stand.  Sometimes I need help from an unlikely source, and in this case, it's mango salsa.
