Last month, I mentioned turning to coconut oil as a means to beautify myself. I was definitely not surprised about how great coconut oil is a beauty product -- my hair looked fab after a 30-minute hair mask session! But the amount I could save if I replaced many of my beauty products with coconut oil was the real pleasant surprise.

So I thought it would be fun to being back monthly challenges (though last year I barely followed through) and see what areas of my fitness needed improvement. And I have to be honest: my butt sucks right now!
But lucky for me, I enjoy doing squats. This particular challenge eases you in with the rep count, progressively adding reps each day until you can reach 250 (see schedule below). I don't expect an 11-hour miracle, but it would be a nice head start to get my booty ready for the summer.
In the meantime, let's enjoy this lovely spring weather (although it is going to snow later this week where I live). Happy April! Cheers!
